The Role: As the Manager in Accounting, you will manage part of the General Ledgers team responsible for inventory, intercompany and distributor activities, and provide reliable information for timely reporting. You will supervise and mentor the team on day-to-day activities related to various entities, distributor channels, and all inventory accounting matters. You will assist the Head of Accounting EMEA with financial close management, team building and finance projects.
Your Impact:
- Own the General Ledgers and all internal/external reporting and compliance requirements for relevant entities
- Manage the Distributor sales activities and inventory for Deckers EMEA markets
- Review, approve and reconcile intercompany transactions
- Support the Head of Accounting EMEA with regional projects and team empowerment
- Lead and develop a professional group of accountants

- Qualification in ACA or equivalent, with post-qualification experience

- An in-depth understanding of US GAAP and FRS102
- Knowledge in Oracle and/or Hyperion is desirable
