Key Responsibilities
- Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
- Find out the specific needs of each person that enters the store by using open questions.
- Maintain the feedback loop to designers and buyers by recording and returning customer comments to Store Management.
- Timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Be proactive in loss prevention by keeping the stockroom well organised and maintaining proper procedures.
- Re-merchandise displays, point of sale, and select areas of the store regularly so as to maximise product sell through.
- Demonstrate great till operations, cash handling, banking and associated administration.
- Deputise for the Store Manager or Assistant Manager in their absence.
- Inform shop managers of any issues or noncompliance regarding all policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Management.
