The role:
Reporting to the Finance Director, British Isles, the Head of FP&A will lead financial planning, performance management and commercial insight across Pandora UK and Ireland. Operating across the second largest Pandora region, this role will be a critical partner to the Finance Director, General Manager and wider regional leadership team. This is a senior leadership role within Finance and is positioned as the second-in-command to the Finance Director. Leading one direct report, the FP&A Specialist, the role requires strategic commercial judgement, strong financial discipline and the ability to influence local, regional and global stakeholders. Over time, the role is expected to build the capability, breadth and leadership maturity required to be a credible successor to the Finance Director role.
