As our VM Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the design and cascade of Global Seasonal and Store Concept Visual Merchandising guidelines for Clarks. In collaboration with Brand Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams, this role translates the brand vision into stores to ensure visual excellence and global consistency.

Hybrid working applies to this role, with time being split between Street HQ and stores.

What you’ll be doing

  • Creation of Global Seasonal Visual Merchandising guidelines and product lists to ensure product strategy is translated to Retail.
  • Developing Global Visual merchandising principles for new concept stores and fixturing.
  • Cascading all Visual Merchandising guidelines to regional teams through training sessions and bi-weekly calls.
  • Delivering seasonal mock shop set ups for key stakeholders to review product presentation, updated VM principles and in-store POS.
  • Responsible for the Visual Merchandising set up and maintenance of Retail and Outlet Global Model Stores (based in the UK).

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint.
  • A keen eye for detail with a creative flair.
  • Photoshop and InDesign skills a bonus.
  • Experience of creating VM tools and material from inception to production.
  • A good understanding of current VM trends and methods.
