Your Impact

  • Product Knowledge
    • Has strong knowledge of the collection
    • Provides insights on fabrics and products specificities
  • Business
    • Drives Sales, achieving individual results and contributing to the team ones
    • Maximises sales opportunity leveraging cross-selling
  • Operations / Stock Management
    • Supports BOH organization and procedures implementation as well as replenishment / transfer activities
    • Supports the maintenance of the store’s visual merchandising standards
  • Visual Merchandising
    • Manages windows and in-store displays in full alignment with VM guidelines
    • Delivers impactful and brand-consistent product presentations
    • Supports store teams through monthly VM trainings, oversees visual maintenance, and maintains close coordination with HQ through regular reporting and follow-ups

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales roles
  • Experience in structured luxury fashion/retail companies is a plus
  • Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts
  • Passion for retail, client service and the luxury fashion industry
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to evolve in the organisation
  • Fluency & sophistication in English and another language is a plus
  • Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
