JOB PURPOSE

Your role will be to report to the Digital Samples Coordinator in establishing and adhering to shoot deadlines and delivering a seamless Digital Samples planning process. Your role will be mainly focused on one division however a flexible attitude will be required across all divisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overseeing shoots on a day-to-day basis, supporting the studio and updating sets
  • Managing the shoot list process from sourcing and pulling samples, deciding upon priority products and creating the shoots in our content management tool Flo
  • Working closely with the in-house styling team on all shoots, seasonal styling and sample requirements
  • Working with product teams to become a product expert in your division
  • Building relationships and liaising with key stakeholders on a day-to-day basis including Product Development, Merchandising, Press, Styling and Showroom
  • Requesting, sourcing and tracking product from a variety of locations – Showrooms, Press, PD, Merch and Burberry warehouse
  • Compiling and maintaining information on all products in Flo
  • Support with change In Production and using this information to determine materials that are ready/not ready for shoot
  • Working to meet monthly deadlines and targets
  • Working on key initiatives, such as Runway, festive gifting, seasonal look books and compiling documents with key information
  • Managing sample movements using Flo
  • Goods receipting products and returning product back to hub, attention to detail is vital to ensure all products are of the highest quality so that they pass Quality Control
  • Gathering and maintaining a strong product knowledge pertaining to your allocated division
  • Keeping open communication with management to ensure the highest maximum percentage is achieved by each monthly deadline
  • Ability to work across both studio sites in London (Hackney and Westminster)
