Support the planning and delivery of profitable, customer‑focused ranges. Work closely with the Merchandiser to drive trade, analyze performance and identify opportunities to maximize sales and margin, especially in the Accessories area.
Location: North Acton office – 3‑4 days per week in‑office, 1‑2 days remote.
What You Will Do
- Analyse sales and performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Support range planning and contribute confidently to discussions.
- Forecast line cards for key production areas, offering commercially sound recommendations.
- Build and maintain size ratios through ongoing analysis.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform trading decisions.
- Oversee purchase order management and approvals, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Review and manage intake against monthly stock targets.
- Lead weekly intake meetings, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Support the monthly WSSI process and maintain accurate OTB management.
- Propose markdown strategies and depths to optimise stock clearance and profitability.
- Prepare and present Monday trade packs, communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Drive trade by proactively identifying and acting on risks and opportunities.
- Take ownership of the Accessories area, driving performance and trading decisions.
- Support, coach, and guide a junior team member, helping develop their skills and confidence.
What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience as a Merch Admin Assistant or similar, with clear progression.
- Confidence in presenting trade reports and influencing decisions.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to manage priorities and delegate effectively.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data.
- Highly analytical, with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- Experience working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
