Part‑time (14 hours per week) Retail Assistant needed to provide world‑class customer service and product knowledge in a Nike Factory Store.
Duties include:
- Using your expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to serve and deliver a premium brand experience.
- Assisting our retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
- Supporting various store departments (e.g., operating cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products on the shopfloor, building visual displays) and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
- Using knowledge of digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
- Informing consumers and new teammates about the NIKE products and services.
- Improving your own knowledge via our tools and training courses to stay up to date and seek more insights on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications:
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
- Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
- Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays based on department and store/company needs.
Availability:
- Part‑time, 14 hours per week.
- Must be available weekends and between 9 am‑9 pm.
