About the Role

Our stores are the life and soul of our business. They act as our main touch points with our ever-evolving consumer base. As retail evolves, we believe that for all other parts of the chain to work, our stores must set the tone of what our two brands are all about. As a result, our locations are paramount, first-class experience must be a given and our in-store standards should never be questionable. The Sales Associate plays a key role in achieving these high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Serve as first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries
  • Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
  • Provide outfit building for customers and make product recommendations
  • Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Drive store KPIs and suggest ways to improve
  • Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organization issues are addressed appropriately

  • Connect to consumers and have a previous track record within hospitality or retail
