Retail Assistant (Athlete) PT 20H - Livingston
Part‑time (20 hours per week) Retail Assistant (Athlete) at the NIKE Factory Store in Livingston, Scotland.
Responsibilities
- Provide world‑class consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
- Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
- Support store departments: operate cash register, manage goods, refill products on the shop floor, build visual displays, and recommend products to meet sales targets.
- Create a link between online and offline sales or services using digital device knowledge.
- Inform consumers and teammates about NIKE products and services.
- Continuously improve knowledge via tools and training courses on sales trends, products, services, and culture.
Qualifications
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
- Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
- Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
Availability
- Part‑time: 20 hours per week.
- Must be available weekends.
- Available between 9 am and 9 pm.
