What’s the role about? As part of our Retail team, you’ll be joining our store in Leicester, on a part time basis as our Senior Sales Associate/Key holder who is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our management team to achieve sales and operational goals.

- Strong background in a customer facing role within a premium or luxury retail environment
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience of supervising a team
- Be motivated, focused and driven to achieve individual and team goals

What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering a premium and tailored customer service experience which exceeds our customers' expectations
- Providing in depth knowledge of the brand and our products to our customers and your team
- Acting as a role model, inspiring and guiding your team with dedication, integrity and genuine warmth
- Communicating appropriately and effectively with customers, team members and management
- Driving sales by monitoring the team's KPIs and leading by example with exceptional service
