Key Responsibilities
- Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
- Interacting with customers and educating them on our product to build rapport and lasting relationships.
- Maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, delivering inventory, replenishing stock, aiding loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures.
- Managing cash and complying with all security, health & safety and stock accuracy policies.
- Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and collecting customer data.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
