Part‑time (20 hours per week) Retail Assistant (Athlete) position in Leeds City Centre. Retail assistants are called “athletes” at our stores.

Responsibilities

  • Using your expertise in consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
  • Assisting retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
  • Supporting various store departments: operating the cash register, managing inventory, refilling products, building visual displays, and recommending products to reach sales targets.
  • Using digital device knowledge to bridge online and offline sales or services.
  • Informing consumers and teammates about NIKE products and services.
  • Continuously improving knowledge via tools and training courses to stay current on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications

  • Preferred customer service and/or retail experience.
  • Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
  • Flexible scheduling and availability to work retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, as needed.

Availability

  • Part‑time, 20 hours per week.
  • Must be available on weekends between 9 am and 9 pm.
