Part‑time (20 hours per week) Retail Assistant (Athlete) position in Leeds City Centre. Retail assistants are called “athletes” at our stores.
Responsibilities
- Using your expertise in consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
- Assisting retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
- Supporting various store departments: operating the cash register, managing inventory, refilling products, building visual displays, and recommending products to reach sales targets.
- Using digital device knowledge to bridge online and offline sales or services.
- Informing consumers and teammates about NIKE products and services.
- Continuously improving knowledge via tools and training courses to stay current on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.
