McArthurGlen Group, Europe's leading owner, developer and manager of designer outlets, was founded in Europe in 1993 and currently manages 20+ designer outlets in 8 countries.

Working across a portfolio of 21 premium outlet destinations in 8 countries, the Corporate Leasing Manager plays a key role in securing and managing leasing agreements with some of the world's leading retail and luxury brands. Reporting to the Corporate Leasing Director, you'll collaborate with regional teams to drive leasing activity, negotiate commercial agreements, and support the delivery of portfolio-wide leasing strategies that enhance tenant mix, occupancy, and long-term centre performance. This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the world's most recognised retail and luxury brands while contributing to the growth and performance of a leading European outlet platform. You'll gain exposure to international projects, work alongside talented teams across Europe, and play a direct role in shaping the future of our portfolio.

What you'll be doing

  • You'll support and lead leasing transactions with major international brands, negotiating new deals, renewals, rent reviews, and lease events to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
  • You'll build and manage relationships with key brand partners, investors, and stakeholders across Europe, while preparing commercial proposals, presentations, and leasing documentation to support decision-making and approvals.
  • Using market insight, performance data, and sector knowledge, you'll identify opportunities, evaluate risks, support acquisitions and development projects, and help bring exciting new brands into the McArthurGlen portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail, agency, or corporate leasing, with exposure to managing brand relationships and commercial negotiations.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills, with the ability to assess opportunities and drive business performance.
  • Confident negotiating lease terms and managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Highly organised, detail oriented, and able to manage projects across multiple markets.
  • Comfortable working with financial information, lease structures, and CRM systems.
  • Fluent English; additional European languages are advantageous.
