The role
Reporting to the Director, HR BRIS, you will act as the strategic people leader for assigned Corporate Functions, translating business priorities into people strategies that drive organisational performance, capability and growth. You will partner closely with Directors, functional leaders and senior stakeholders to develop people plans that strengthen leadership effectiveness, organisational capability, talent pipelines and employee engagement.
You will use workforce insight, analytics and external market trends to influence decision-making and shape people strategies aligned to functional and business objectives. Working as part of One HR, you will bring together expertise across the HR function to deliver scalable solutions, lead organisational change and ensure Corporate Functions have the leadership, talent and capability required to deliver Pandora's strategic ambitions.

- Strategic Business Partnership
- Act as the trusted strategic advisor to Functional Directors and leadership teams, influencing business decisions through a commercial and people lens.
- Develop, own and deliver functional people plans aligned to business priorities and organisational objectives.
- Translate business strategies into measurable people outcomes that strengthen organisational performance, capability and effectiveness.
- Use workforce data, people insights and external market trends to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and inform decision-making.
- Challenge and influence leaders to drive accountability, strengthen leadership effectiveness and improve organisational performance.
- Partner with functional leadership teams to build high-performing organisations capable of delivering sustainable growth and transformation.
- Talent, Succession & Workforce Planning
- Lead talent review and succession planning activities across assigned functions, ensuring robust pipelines for critical and future-facing roles.
- Drive internal mobility and career development by identifying and accelerating high-potential talent.
- Lead workforce planning discussions, identifying future capability, capacity and skills requirements.
- Partner with leaders to create diverse talent pipelines and clear career pathways across functions.
- Monitor retention risks and implement proactive talent strategies to strengthen organisational capability.
- Leadership Capability & Performance
- Strengthen leadership capability across Corporate Functions to improve both business performance and employee experience.
- Coach and support leaders to enhance their effectiveness, lead through complexity and manage organisational challenges.
- Drive accountability for talent, engagement, succession, performance and development outcomes.
- Embed a culture of continuous feedback, learning, recognition and high performance.
- Support the implementation and adoption of enterprise-wide leadership development initiatives in partnership with People Development.
- Organisation Effectiveness & Change
- Assess organisational effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve structures, roles, decision-making, capability and team performance.
- Lead the people components of organisational change initiatives, including restructures, transformations and organisational redesign.
- Partner with leaders to manage change effectively through strong communication, engagement and adoption planning.
- Evaluate the people impact of business decisions and provide recommendations that balance organisational effectiveness, employee experience and commercial outcomes.
- Support the development of agile, future-ready functions equipped to deliver strategic priorities.
- Employee Relations, Risk & Governance
- Partner with the Employee Relations Centre of Expertise to ensure fair, consistent and legally compliant management of employee relations matters.
- Act as the senior people advisor to leaders on complex employee relations, organisational design and people risk matters.
- Support leaders in managing performance, conduct, capability and attendance issues effectively and consistently.
- Identify emerging people risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and governance requirements.
- Data, Insight & Digital Enablement
- Use workforce analytics and people insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities that drive better business outcomes.
- Measure the effectiveness and impact of people initiatives, recommending improvements where required.
- Drive adoption of technology-enabled people solutions that improve organisational effectiveness, employee experience and manager capability.
- Promote data-driven decision-making across leadership teams and functions.
The successful candidate
- Significant experience operating as a strategic HR Business Partner within a complex corporate, commercial or matrix organisation.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and deliver measurable organisational outcomes through people strategies.
- Experience leading workforce planning, succession planning, organisational change and talent initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect people priorities to business performance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical capability with experience leveraging workforce and business data to inform decisions.
- Experience operating within complex, matrixed and international environments.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, organisational risk and governance.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience preferred.
