JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Global Retail Training Content Designer to help shape inspiring learning experiences that empower our retail teams across the world.

This role combines creativity, commercial understanding and learning expertise to design engaging training content that supports business priorities and elevates the customer experience.

Working closely with global stakeholders, you will transform complex information into compelling learning journeys that are clear, relevant and impactful.

At Burberry, you will play a key role in bringing our products, purpose and retail excellence standards to life through exceptional content design.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and deliver retail training programmes, onboarding materials, product learning content and strategic learning initiatives for a global audience.
  • Transform product, commercial and operational information into engaging, accessible and effective learning experiences.
  • Partner with Retail Training Managers to develop learning solutions that support business objectives and drive meaningful performance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all training content is aligned, accurate, approved and brand-consistent.
  • Facilitate Train the Trainer sessions, equipping training teams and retail leaders with the tools and confidence to deliver learning effectively.
  • Continuously evaluate learner feedback, platform analytics and retail insights to enhance content quality, engagement and impact.
  • PERSONAL PROFILE
  • Experience designing and developing retail training content, ideally within an international or global environment.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and how learning can support commercial performance.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement, building trusted relationships across teams and regions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, learning platforms and creative design tools used to develop engaging digital content.
