Key Responsibilities
- Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
- Interacting with customers and educating them on products, building rapport and lasting relationships.
- Maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, assisting loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures.
- Managing cash, adhering to all policy and procedures for security, health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
- Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and collecting customer data.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
