From the moment they enter the store to when they leave, you will be responsible for making sure customers have an exceptional experience, helping them pick a new pair of shoes or style an outfit, and ensuring they enjoy their time with us.
Key Responsibilities- Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
- Interacting with customers and educating them on our products, building rapport and lasting relationships.
- Maintaining store standards – front and back, visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures.
- Being responsible for cash management and adhering to all security, health & safety, and stock accuracy policies.
- Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and obtaining customer data.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Retail sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.
