WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Business Client Development
- Deliver an extraordinary best in class and personalised level of service to maximise sales and commercial opportunities in store and via outreach
- Perform to expert level to build and nurture a loyal client base of Very Important Customers (VICs), Super VICs & top clients
- Initiate & execute bespoke events & experiences for your clients
- Leadership & Engagement Support
- Create a unique and elevated environment in line with the Ralph Lauren sales code
- Act as a professional Ralph Lauren ambassador & representative to effectively network, and remain up to date with competitor activity, innovations, trends, events, campaigns
- Maintain an expert level of brand & product knowledge
- Operations
- Expert of Ralph Lauren clienteling and digital tools, Ralph Lauren store systems and procedures
- Uphold & coach Brand standards and Brand presentation
- Attend the buys & communicate product and client feedback to buyers & managers
