Seasonal Store Supervisor - 40 Hours - Sweaty Betty

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, service‑oriented individual who supports the team and serves as the go‑to person in the absence of the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store.
• Act as a role model by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Create amazing customer experiences through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, driving the store’s success as an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Own stock management, execute visual merchandising guidelines, and deliver on store KPIs.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role; supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
