The position offered is an excellent opportunity to see how a small, independent fashion brand works. The primary role of this internship is to assist in management and development of our e-commerce website, create content for social media and customer service. The successful applicant will work on all aspects of the day to day running of our online store and digital B2C marketing.
Tasks and projects will include:
- Research and development of digital retail and communication tools
- Processing orders, returns and refunds
- Logistics
- Managing all content marketing channels including social media
- Content creation
- Sales reporting and analysis
Successful applicants will also assist with B2B marketing projects:
- Support to sales agents
- Assisting marketing production - trade shows, photoshoots, point of sale, content creation
A bursary of £600 per month is provided. Candidates must be studying bachelor’s degree level or higher, computer literate, creative and ideally have some prior sales experience.
