We’re looking for a Digital Trading Executive to join our E-Commerce team and help ensure every product goes live fully optimised to deliver the best possible onsite customer journey and drive demand for Reiss.
You will play a key role in managing product set-up, resolving data issues, and supporting the smooth flow of product from buy to live across our digital platforms.
Working closely with internal product, trade, content, and operations teams, as well as external Next Total Platform partners, you’ll help identify opportunities to improve product presentation, onsite findability, and process efficiency while keeping the customer at the heart of every decision.

- Commercially aware and customer-focused, with an understanding of how product presentation, content, and onsite journeys can influence customer experience and sales.
- Highly organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, product launches, and data requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident working with data, systems, and product information, with strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach to resolving issues.
- A clear communicator and relationship builder, able to work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure actions are followed through and deadlines are met.
- Collaborative and self-motivated, comfortable working as part of a team while also using your own initiative to troubleshoot problems and identify improvements.
- Previous shop floor, head office, retail, digital, or e-commerce experience is preferred, but not essential.
- What you’ll be doing
- Working closely with trade, content, product, and operations teams to understand onsite requirements, identify opportunities, and support the smooth launch of products online.
- Owning and managing the master attribute file, ensuring deadlines are adhered to from product team buys through to products going live.
- Managing the end-to-end process of getting items live, spanning multiple teams and systems, while troubleshooting issues at every stage.
- Ensuring products go live fully optimised with accurate product titles, descriptions, colourway groupings, match backs, imagery, and all applicable attributes.
- Checking incoming deliveries for data issues, resolving blockers before delivery where possible, and working through warehouse delivery tracker issues to support products going live within agreed timeframes.
- Using commercial knowledge and onsite functionality to test and learn how products should be grouped, presented, and optimised to improve customer experience and conversion.
- Supporting product findability by ensuring titles and key product information are aligned to relevant SEO keywords and customer search behaviour.
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships between Reiss and the Next Total Platform team, acting as an ambassador for Reiss and supporting the day‑to‑day operations.
