  • JOB PURPOSE

The Customer Operations Coordinator plays a vital role within Burberry's supply chain, acting as the central point of contact to ensure seamless product availability to wholesale clients and retail locations across multiple regions.

This role requires managing the complete lifecycle of orders—from initial entry and processing to final delivery and post-sale support.

In this fast-paced role, effective communication with both internal teams and external wholesale partners is essential, alongside coordination to resolve challenges and facilitate timely fulfilment.

You will also provide operational backing to the Assistant Manager, contributing to training, process optimisation, and overall team efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Management: Manage wholesale customer accounts across various countries within the EMEIA region, ensuring accurate order processing, timely confirmations, and responsive handling of requests including cancellations, returns, and invoicing.

Teams: Oversee order shipment progress, liaise with logistics providers to schedule deliveries, and ensure compliance with export procedures tailored to customer specifications.

Communication: Proactively manage and communicate any discrepancies related to product shortages, delays, or changes in scheduling with stakeholders to maintain transparency and customer satisfaction.

Training: Assist the Assistant Manager in daily operational tasks, support ongoing team training initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of standard operating procedures.
