Credit Resolution Coordinator - Maternity Cover

Salary: From £24,500 per year depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week (between 8am and 4pm)

Working style: Hybrid – 3 days per week on site

This role could be based at The Calverton office, Nottinghamshire.

As a Credit Resolution Coordinator you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large and small business customer accounts. Your role will focus on investigating and problem solving our customers' claims and issues related to their invoices, shipments, commercial contracts, and other financial documentation. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent future issues, helping to reduce errors or delayed payments.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Manage your portfolio of customers daily, using both internal systems and customer platforms to ensure data accuracy and up-to-date account status.
  • Investigate, analyse, and resolve claims and disputes, such as pricing issues, delivery discrepancies, short payments, returns, and other deduction-related queries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Customer Operations, and Credit) to obtain information, validate claims, and drive timely resolution.
  • Monitor open items and deductions, ensuring proper documentation, root-cause identification, and alignment with VF policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, bringing forward fresh ideas to streamline processes, reduce disputes, and enhance the claims management workflow.
