The Resourcing Partner is our standalone resourcing specialist, owning recruitment across our entire global business and reporting into our Interim Head of People, who will work with you on the direction of recruitment.
You’ll support the full recruitment journey end to end, upskill hiring managers to do more themselves and drive meaningful improvements to how we recruit at Superdry, with decisions on future direction made in close collaboration with the Partnering team and our Global Talent Development Manager.
Working standalone doesn’t mean working alone.
You’ll work closely with People Operations on processes, People Data & Systems and Tech on systems requirements, and the Partnering team, who lead succession planning and job definition, and will partner with you on recruitment.
It does mean we need someone highly organised, happy managing your own workload day to day, and relaxed and personable with stakeholders at every level.
- You Will
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process across our global business, from briefing and advertising through to offer.
- Manage your own coordination across the recruitment journey, scheduling interviews, managing candidates and keeping every vacancy moving.
- Proactively source and screen candidates, using tools such as Linked In Recruiter to build talent pools and reduce time and cost per hire.
- Partner effectively with recruitment agencies on key and hard-to-fill roles, briefing them well and managing a small number of trusted suppliers on agreed terms, while minimising overall agency spend.
- Deliver a candidate experience that reflects the brand, ensuring an inclusive, fair and engaging process for everyone.
- Coach and upskill hiring managers to run more of the recruitment process themselves, building a consistent and confident hiring approach across the business.
- Drive meaningful process improvements, using data and candidate feedback to make recruitment simpler and more effective, and shaping future direction in close collaboration with the Partnering team and Global Talent Development Manager.
- Work closely with the People Partnering team, who lead succession planning and job proposal and definition, aligning recruitment activity to their people plans.
- Partner with People Operations on recruitment processes, ensuring offers, onboarding and documentation run smoothly.
- Work with People Data & Systems and Tech on systems requirements across our ATS and recruitment tools.
- Provide resourcing data and insight, creating recruitment updates for the business and using talent data to aid decisions.
- Champion our employer brand, promoting Superdry’s values and behaviours through every candidate interaction.

- You Are
- Experienced in end-to-end recruitment, having successfully filled roles across various levels and functions.
- Highly organised, able to manage your own coordination across multiple vacancies and prioritise to keep everything moving.
- Comfortable working independently day to day , taking ownership and asking for help when you need it.
- Relaxed and personable with stakeholders at all levels, building trust informally rather than leading with process.
- Confident coaching and challenging hiring managers, comfortable helping them do more themselves.
- A strong communicator in English, both written and spoken, comfortable presenting and influencing on recruitment topics.
- Proactive in direct sourcing, building pipelines that reduce reliance on agencies.
- Commercially astute with agencies, knowing when a role genuinely needs agency support, how to get the best from suppliers and how to negotiate terms that keep costs down.
- Knowledgeable in recruitment and employment law, including IR35 regulations.
- Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working at pace and building knowledge where ambiguity exists.
- Keen to build commercial knowledge and relationships across the business.
- Solutions-oriented, spotting opportunities to improve and driving them through.
