Designer at Superdry will be responsible for creating and developing innovative, consumer-focused products in line with CEO’s vision. They will play a key role in driving product development forward, ensuring designs are market-aware, commercially relevant, and aligned to brand direction. Collaborating cross functionally to deliver cohesive, high-quality ranges that balance creativity, functionality, and sustainability in a fast paced, agile environment. This role is 4 days a week in office.

You Will

  • Work closely with the CEO and Design Manager to develop innovative products that strengthen brand relevance and create customer excitement.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of styles from concept through to launch, ensuring design integrity and commercial objectives are achieved.
  • Plan and manage multiple projects, including seasonal collections and in-season initiatives, working to multiple critical paths and key deadlines.
  • Use consumer insight, category strategy, and brand positioning to identify and execute product opportunities.
  • Research trends, markets, and inspiration, translating them into designs that align with the brand DNA across fabric, block, and branding.
  • Create accurate, detailed design packs and specifications to support efficient product development and production.
  • Present concepts, design rationale, and recommendations clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with design, technical, quality, sourcing, regional, and supplier teams to deliver outstanding products and support sustainability goals.
  • Contribute to the delivery of department objectives by influencing others, driving continuous improvement, sharing expertise, and role‑modelling company values and behaviours.
