Nike Bournemouth is looking for a temporary part-time Sales Assistant with full weekend and some weekday availability to join our team and provide world-class service to the consumer.
What you bring:
- Using your expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
- Assisting retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
- Supporting various store departments (e.g. operate cash register, manage incoming and outgoing goods, refill products on shop floor, build visual displays) and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
- Using your knowledge of digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
- Informing consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
- Improving your own knowledge via tools and training courses to stay up to date on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications:
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
- Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
- Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
