Responsibilities
- Use your expertise in consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience.
- Assist leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
- Support store departments: operate cash register, manage inventory, refill products on the shop floor, build visual displays, and recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
- Use digital devices to integrate online and offline sales services in the store.
- Inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
- Improve your own knowledge through training tools and courses to stay updated on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.
What You Bring
- Customer service and/or retail experience (preferred).
- Effective communication, brand ambassadorship, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
- Flexible scheduling and availability to work retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and holidays as needed.
