Part‑time (16 hours) Retail Assistant to join our team and provide world‑class service to consumers.
What you bring:
- Exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to serve and deliver a premium brand experience.
- Assisting retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
- Supporting various store departments: operating cash register, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products on the shopfloor, building visual displays, and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
- Using knowledge of digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
- Informing consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
- Improving your own knowledge via tools and training courses to stay up to date and seek insights on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.
