Join the NIKE, Inc. team! We're seeking an exceptional store leader to lead Nike by You, Jersey by You and Nike Store Running Lab within the new London Flagship, creating premium, personalised experiences that connect sport, culture and innovation. This role will drive the strategy and execution of Signature Services, partnering across store, city and EMEA teams to deliver consumer engagement, service excellence and business impact.

As an Assistant Store Manager – Signature Services you are:

  • Develop and lead the Signature Services strategy across Nike by You, Jersey by You and Nike Store Running Lab, creating a seamless and differentiated consumer experience.
  • Align store leadership, Athletes, Coaches, London city teams and EMEA partners around a shared vision for premium, personalised service.
  • Drive successful launch and ongoing evolution of services through continuous testing, learning and innovation.
  • Create culturally relevant experiences that connect with London's sport, style and youth culture communities.
  • Elevate service excellence through exceptional execution, storytelling, creativity and product integration.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable service models that drive consumer engagement and business impact.
  • Own the seasonal services calendar, linking experiences to campaigns, product launches, community activations and key brand moments.
  • Manage external partners and agencies to enhance service delivery, consumer experiences and brand storytelling.
  • Share consumer insights, performance trends and best practices to shape the future of Signature Services across EMEA and Global markets.

  • A passion for NIKE and/or love of sport.
  • Some experience in retail and/or leadership positions.
  • Very good command of English language (written and spoken).
