JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Assistant Manager, Showroom Strategy and Delivery to support the delivery of seasonal wholesale market activity, showroom events and digital showroom experiences. Working across multiple functions, you will manage critical paths, coordinate operational planning, oversee content production and ensure collections are presented through exceptional physical and virtual experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager with a passion for luxury fashion, stakeholder management and delivering seamless customer and brand experiences in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the S&D Manager in managing the showroom market calendar and support adherence to critical path, ensuring all milestones and deadlines.
- Lead the strategic end-to-end delivery of the Virtual Showroom, overseeing content strategy, shoot days, platform development, stakeholder alignment, and operational execution to deliver a seamless wholesale experience.
- Own seasonal operational planning, aligning product development schedules, critical paths, and delivery milestones across collections to ensure on-time readiness.
- Manage the delivery of luxury showroom events, including press previews, client activations, sales campaigns, and internal brand experiences.
- Organise space allocation for market preps, including PD, PE meetings and management of crew.
- Manage seasonal vendors, working on market prep, from catering, to models and temporary staff hire.
- Drive showroom storytelling and merchandising initiatives, ensuring product presentations and customer experiences align with brand objectives.
- Lead the production of showroom content and digital assets, overseeing creative development, implementation of new technologies, and delivery of executive-facing materials.
- Own content production for digital and wholesale platforms, creating strategic storytelling and buyer engagement opportunities through multimedia assets.
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations, including internal trackers, reporting, financial administration, and data governance to ensure operational excellence.
- Streamline cross-functional workflows and critical path management to improve efficiency and support concurrent seasonal projects.
- Support budget management, cost control, and risk mitigation across multiple operational workstreams.
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including onboarding, contracting, invoicing, and payment processing across agencies, production partners, and creative suppliers.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects within luxury fashion, retail, wholesale, or creative industries.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence teams across Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and Commercial functions.
- Experience planning and delivering high-profile events, showroom activations, or client-facing experiences.
- Strong organisational and critical path management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience managing budgets, suppliers, contracts, and operational processes.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail.
