As a Store Assistant at Sweaty Betty, you will be responsible for creating a friendly shopping experience, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and managing cash.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating amazing experiences for our customers through authentic customer service.
- Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
- Interacting with customers, educating them on products, building rapport.
- Maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety procedures.
- Handling cash management, adhering to security, health & safety, and stock accuracy standards.
- Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Retail sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive and professional attitude.
