We’re looking for a proactive and organised Facilities Assistant to help keep our Ashford designer outlet centre running smoothly, safely and efficiently. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Working closely with the Facilities Manager to support day‑to‑day operations.
- Coordinating contractors and maintaining accurate records.
- Delivering a first‑class facilities service.
- Ensuring the centre remains safe, compliant and well‑maintained for customers, tenants and colleagues.
- Managing administration and compliance tasks, including tracking KPIs and supporting health and safety and environmental reporting.
- Building strong working relationships with tenants, contractors and internal teams.
- Identifying and escalating operational risks and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.
- Clear, professional communication skills.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships.
