We are looking for an Account Manager – Menswear, UK & Ireland to develop and grow our wholesale business across one of our most important markets. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with premium partners while representing a brand rooted in Scandinavian design, quality and responsibility. Reporting to the Head of Wholesale, UK, IE & Export Markets, you will play a key role in shaping our presence across the region. This is a commercial, hands-on position for someone who enjoys being close to the market, the product, and the people behind the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Commercial & strategic
- Drive wholesale sales and distribution across the UK & IE Menswear market
- Develop and execute business plans and budgets in close collaboration with the Head of Wholesale
- Own and grow relationships with key accounts and premium independent retailers
- Lead prospecting activities to expand distribution in line with brand positioning
- Contribute to commercial collection development, including NOS strategy and optimization
- Ensure a strong 360° overview across budgets, marketing, events, training, B2B, and brand visibility
- Act as the main point of contact for accounts across the region
- Provide weekly in-store support in London department stores, including:
- Shop floor assistance
- Stock management and sell-through follow-up
- Visual merchandising
- Ongoing dialogue with store staff and management
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven experience in wholesale sales within premium or contemporary fashion
- Strong knowledge of the UK & Ireland retail landscape, particularly menswear
- Commercially minded with a natural ability to build long-term partnerships
- Structured and analytical, with confidence in performance tracking and follow-up
- Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and willing to travel extensively as part of the role
