Storm Management is seeking a proactive, commercially minded Talent Manager to support and grow a roster of leading digital creators, presenters, and talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has a strong understanding of the media, fashion, and entertainment industries, and enjoys building long‑term careers through strategic thinking, creativity, and relationship management.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, entrepreneurial, and relationship‑driven, with a passion for identifying opportunities, developing talent, and helping clients expand into new spaces including fashion, beauty, lifestyle, media, and broadcast.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day‑to‑day careers of a roster of talent, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Oversee talent diaries, scheduling, travel logistics, appearances, shoots, events, and meetings.
  • Identify, create, and secure commercial, media, broadcast, PR, and brand partnership opportunities.
  • Proactively pitch talent to brands, production companies, broadcasters, publishers, and industry contacts rather than relying solely on inbound opportunities.
  • Develop strategic career plans tailored to each talent's ambitions, strengths, and long‑term goals.
  • Generate innovative PR, content, and personal brand‑building ideas that elevate talent profiles and create new avenues for growth.
  • Research and identify opportunities across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, entertainment, podcasting, presenting, publishing, and broadcast.
  • Scout and identify emerging talent for potential representation, maintaining a strong awareness of industry trends and cultural movements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, media, casting teams, producers, publicists, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Negotiate opportunities and oversee campaign delivery alongside internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to identify new revenue streams and business opportunities.
  • Represent Storm and its talent professionally at industry events, launches, productions, fashion weeks, and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure all talent administration, contracts, bookings, and communications are managed accurately and efficiently.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with directors, agents, and colleagues across the business to deliver the best possible outcomes for talent and the agency.
  • Share opportunities, contacts, and industry insights to contribute to the success of the wider roster and team.
  • Collaborate on cross‑roster projects, events, campaigns, and new business initiatives.
  • Support colleagues during busy periods and maintain a flexible, team‑first approach.
  • Build strong internal relationships and contribute positively to a collaborative, ambitious, and supportive working culture.
  • Understand that exceptional talent management is built through teamwork, communication, and collective problem‑solving as much as individual initiative.

Skills & Experience

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously in a busy office environment.
  • A genuine interest in fashion, media, entertainment, digital talent, and popular culture.
  • Commercial awareness and a natural instinct for identifying opportunities and generating new business.
  • Creative and intuitive pro‑active thinker who enjoys finding innovative solutions and thinking outside the box.
  • Confident networking with brands, clients, media contacts, and industry professionals.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel and working flexibly around events, productions, and client requirements.

This role is suited to someone who is highly organized yet creative, commercially driven yet relationship‑focused, and excited by the challenge of helping talent build influential and sustainable careers. The ideal candidate will be as comfortable managing complex diaries and logistics as they are pitching new ideas, spotting emerging trends, and helping shape the future of the roster.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years’ experience either in Talent Management or in Talent Acquisition either directly for brands or as their representative, for example working in PR for fashion, beauty, luxury & lifestyle brands.

  • Start Date: August 2026
  • Compensation package competitive and dependent on experience.
