We are looking for a knowledgeable influencer research manager to join the team.
What you will be doing
- Leadership and team management
- Lead and inspire the influencer research team, ensuring impressive performance against KPIs.
- Line-manage, coach, and develop junior team members.
- Run weekly team meetings, one-to-ones, and strategy sessions, setting direction and reviewing output.
- Lead by example, taking on a share of research projects and delivering volume and accuracy.
- Content excellence
- Oversee all influencer and talent profiles on the platform, ensuring that updates are regular and accurate.
- Ensure product research projects are delivered on time, in depth, and to a high standard.
- Maintain strong knowledge and awareness of the industry, supplying a good pipeline of content update leads, such as new talent, industry moves, roster updates and acquisitions.
- Identify content gaps, trends, and opportunities for growth, assigning projects to the team accordingly.
- Keep content fresh, relevant, and customer-centric, constantly being on the lookout for new talent, signings, endorsements, and useful information that will enhance profiles.
- Identify emerging influencers, celebrities, and cultural trends, incorporating into the platform content quickly.
- Own key content outputs including initiatives such as 'Ones To Watch' and curate homepage content to best serve our customers.
- Operations and performance
- Monitor team output, quality, and efficiency via weekly reporting.
- Continuously improve workflows through tools and best practices.
- Monitor client requests and ensure these are resolved quickly.
- Be the primary point of contact for customer questions and enquiries on content.
