At the Fashion & Textile Children’s Trust, we provide financial grants to support the wellbeing of children whose parents work in the UK Fashion & Textile Industry. Our grants provide funding for essential items including School Uniform, Bedroom Furniture, study essentials and therapy support. We are recruiting a Corporate Partnerships Officer to help deliver our fundraising targets and ensure our financial sustainability. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help shape its future direction. Role Description

The Corporate Partnerships Officer is a full-time hybrid role based in Central London, with flexibility for some work from home. Supporting the CEO, this role focuses on developing, managing, and growing corporate relationships across the fashion and textile industry to secure financial support for the Trust’s grant-making activities.

Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Identifying prospective corporate partners.
  • Preparing proposals and presentations.
  • Coordinating partnership agreements and campaigns.

The Corporate Partnerships Officer will account manage approximately 10-15 of the Trust’s corporate partnership community, involving regular communication with partners, tracking and reporting on partnership performance, working with colleagues to deliver joint initiatives and employer engagement activities. The role also involves administration for all the core fundraising functions, contributing to the overall fundraising strategy to increase reach and impact.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in corporate partnerships and strategic partnerships, ideally within charity, corporate social responsibility, or related sectors.
  • Effective and empathetic communicator, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and build long-term relationships with corporate stakeholders.
  • Proven project management and organisation skills to plan, deliver, and evaluate activities and campaigns.
  • Confident using CRM systems and standard office software to manage contacts, data, and reports.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities effectively.
  • Self-starter, with a willingness to jump in and bring a creative approach to problem solving.
  • Knowledge of or interest in the fashion and textile industry and social impact initiatives supporting families and children.
  • Experience in or understanding of fundraising, corporate giving, or employer engagement is highly beneficial.
  • Motivated by developing the role, expanding the corporate portfolio, and the career growth opportunities this drive can bring.
