FASHION//SZN is a fashion brand located in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom, with a focus on inclusivity and celebrating all body types. The brand curates collections and style solutions for everybody, designed in-house with real bodies in mind. FASHION//SZN aims to disrupt the market and build a community within the curve space where style is size less and curves are always in style.
This is a full-time role for a Fashion Designer at FASHION//SZN. The Fashion Designer will be working closely with the buying and marketing team, contributing towards a high quality product range with the use of trend forecasting, strong social media awareness, customer profiling, and strong commercial design capabilities.
You will be:
- Sourcing and selecting fabrics
- Working closely with the buying team to deliver monthly drops
- Developing commercially viable ranges alongside our buying team to deliver high quality products to our customer base
- Fitting products weekly with our garment techs to ensure a high fitting standard
Requirements:
- An understanding of Fashion//Szn's brand identity, vision and customer base
- Experience of 4+ years in womenswear fashion design across multiple categories
- Knowledge of fashion trends and design techniques
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Degree in Fashion Design or related field is a plus
