We’re seeking an experienced Womenswear specialist to drive product and category strategy across our clients' key strengths: Knit T-shirts, Woven Shirts, Blouses, Woven Dresses, Non-Denim Jackets, and Bottoms. Spanning High Fashion Retail, Lifestyle, Sportswear, and Workwear, with major markets in EU/UK/LATAM, followed by AU/US/CA.
Role Overview
- Lead strategy and execution across multiple Womenswear categories with deep product expertise.
- Oversee commercial performance—growth, margins, pricing segmentation, and P&L insights across markets.
- Manage and mentor teams of designers, product developers, and category managers.
- Turn market and consumer insights into profitable, on-brand product direction from a sourcing/export perspective.
About You
- 15+ years of hands-on Womenswear experience, across several categories.
- Strong strategic vision with proven success in multi-market environments.
- A collaborative leader who excels at balancing creativity and commerciality.
