We’re recruiting a temporary Merchandiser to join a fast-growing, fashion-led retail business. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support an omnichannel trading team, working across stores and digital to optimise performance and drive actionable commercial insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Support long-term range and trading strategies to maximise profitability across all channels
- Analyse sales, stock levels and margin performance to inform decisions and identify opportunities
- Build and manage seasonal ranges, including historical analysis and sizing decisions
- Control stock levels against plan and manage critical path from style booking to stock arrival
- Provide competitor analysis and actionable insights to support trading decisions
- Collaborate across teams to deliver department and business objectives
About you
- Numerate, data-driven and comfortable making trading decisions at pace
- Commercially aware with proven experience in merchandising or trading
- Proactive, organised, resilient, and able to adapt to a fast-moving environment
- Strong communicator and team player with a collaborative approach
