We’re partnering with a well‑established, medium‑size luxury retailer based in Central London to find an experienced Ecommerce Manager for an immediate interim assignment (1–3 months). This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is comfortable owning the full ecommerce lifecycle end‑to‑end.

The Role

You’ll step in to keep the ecommerce function running at pace while the business hires a permanent team member. From product setup through to performance reporting, you’ll take full ownership and ensure the online channel continues to trade effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day ecommerce operations across the website
  • Own product uploads, merchandising, and onsite optimisation
  • Monitor performance and produce regular trading reports
  • Identify quick‑win opportunities to improve conversion and UX
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, buying, and tech
  • Stay up to date with the latest ecommerce tools, platforms, and trends

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a hands‑on Ecommerce Manager role
  • Strong Shopify experience is essential
  • Background in fashion (footwear experience a bonus)
  • Comfortable working across the full ecommerce lifecycle
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused, and able to hit the ground running
  • Up to date with current ecommerce technology and best practices
