We are excited to partner with a fun brand who are looking for a senior UK office coordinator, based in central London. The company is known for its innovation and they always encourage creativity from all their employees. The organisation is a collaborative one, always striving to support one another and innovate together.

The office consists of a handful of office spaces and a showroom. The successful coordinator will ensure the day to day running of these. The main responsibilities will include all spaces are well maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations, manage all supplies and inventory, tracking invoices and managing travel for employees.

The successful candidate will have experience managing an office, have experience managing regular checks and reporting issues, as well as ordering office supplies, catering and stationery. You will have experience managing company expenses and will have supported with new starter set-ups and leaver processes.

In return, the company will office a salary ranging from Β£31,000 - Β£38,000 depending on experience. plus 25 days holiday, pension contribution and an annual bonus.
