We are partnering with a leading UK retail business undergoing significant digital growth. With a strong online presence and ambitious plans for the future, they are looking to appoint a Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager to drive performance and shape the next phase of their ecommerce strategy.
This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for onsite trading performance across digital channels. Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce, you will lead trading strategy, optimise the customer journey, deliver online sales targets and manage a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have proven ecommerce trading experience within retail, strong commercial acumen and experience leading teams. You'll be highly data‑driven, confident using analytics to inform decisions, and have a strong understanding of onsite merchandising, UX and customer experience.
