As project manager, you will lead complex IT and logistics projects from inception through to delivery, ensuring technical solutions align with operational needs.
Working closely with IT, supply chain, warehouse operations and third-party vendors, you'll manage project plans, oversee implementation, coordinate testing and user acceptance, monitor budgets, and provide regular stakeholder updates.
You'll act as the key link between technical teams and business operations, ensuring projects deliver measurable commercial value while maintaining strong governance throughout the project lifecycle.
To be successful, you'll have at least three years' project management experience, ideally within retail, logistics or supply chain environments, alongside hands-on experience delivering Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations.
You'll possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or PRINCE2, excellent business analysis and process mapping skills, and the ability to engage confidently with both senior stakeholders and operational teams.
Experience of systems architecture, change management, financial administration and vendor management will also be highly advantageous.
