An exciting opportunity has come up for an assistant manager to join a well-loved premium accessories brand in one of its flagship locations in Selfridges. This is a new role for the business, so a role to really make your own.
The Role
- Support the store manager in driving KPIs within the team
- Be a brand champion, utilising training and development within the team
- Lead from the front with customer service
- Support with all back office functions and VM duties
The Person
- Prior experience as an assistant manager, or a well-established supervisor
- Fully flexible across the week, to do early, mid and late shifts
- Experience with premium products is desirable
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
