Overview

This is a lovely opportunity to join a well established supplier with a longstanding team, as a part-time garment technologist. You will be reporting into the business manager and working closely with garment technologists and the wider business.

Responsibilities

  • Fitting and sealing samples from proto to bulk production.
  • Reviewing and approving test reports.
  • Travel for buyer meetings and any ad hoc factory visits when required by the business.

Qualifications and skills

  • Commercially minded garment technologist with experience from a supplier or high street retail background.
  • Ideally multi-product experience with a focus on jersey and loungewear in this role.
  • Keen eye for detail, knowledge of fabrics, and ability to liaise with suppliers concisely.

Work pattern

The role is part-time, with 1 day working from home and two days in the office.
