The office manager will take ownership of the day to day operations of the UK headquarters, ensuring the office runs efficiently, safely and professionally.
Responsibilities include overseeing facilities management, health and safety compliance, office budgets, procurement, vendor and contract management, corporate travel, logistics and office projects.
The role also provides executive support to senior leadership, manages one direct report, supports employee onboarding and workplace culture initiatives, and plays a key part in improving processes and maintaining a well organised, high performing office environment.
Applicants should have at least three years' experience in office, facilities or executive support within a fast paced corporate environment, alongside experience managing corporate travel, suppliers and operational budgets.
The successful candidate will be a confident people manager with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to balance operational delivery with executive support.
Knowledge of UK health and safety regulations, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and experience using workplace technology to improve efficiency are highly desirable.
