An exciting opportunity has arisen for a merchandising admin assistant (MAA) to join this fashion retailer on a temporary basis. They are looking for someone who is eager and excited for the role. Suitable candidates must be immediately available and not on notice.
Responsibilities:
- Produce weekly delivery summary for department and feedback to department weekly
- Monitor weekly returns analysis report
- Resolve warehouse delivery queries
- Deal with shipping and customs requests
- Provide administrative support as required to support the department
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional numeric ability
- Advanced Excel knowledge essential
- Excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task
- A strong eye for detail, great organizational skills and works to a high level of accuracy
- Experience in merchandising is recommended
