An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced product merchandising manager to join a fast-growing international fashion retailer during a period of significant expansion. This role will be based in the London head office five days a week with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead seasonal merchandising and assortment strategy.
- Drive sales, margin and stock performance through effective trading.
- Analyse trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity.
- Manage pricing, promotions, markdowns and inventory optimisation.
- Deliver commercial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Coach and develop merchandising team members.
About You
- Established experience merchandising, planning or trading experience within fashion retail within a similar size retailer
- Currently operating at Senior Merchandiser, Merchandising Manager or similar level.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Proven experience managing sales, margin and stock KPIs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
