This is a high‑impact, senior role with full P&L accountability, leading the e‑commerce and omni‑channel strategy across multiple international markets. You’ll be responsible for driving online performance, scaling Shopify operations, and delivering a best‑in‑class customer journey. The Role
- P&L, including trading, forecasting, and profitability
- Lead the e‑commerce strategy across Shopify and omni‑channel touchpoints
- Drive international growth, optimising performance across multiple regions
- Manage day‑to‑day trading, merchandising, and online performance
- Analyse key metrics (conversion, AOV, retention) to unlock growth opportunities
- Enhance the customer journey through content, education, and on‑site experience
- Work cross‑functionally to deliver campaigns, launches, and promotions
- Oversee platform performance, integrations, and continuous optimisation
- Manage third‑party partners, agencies, and developers
